Welcoming Week 2026 is here! 👋

We’re excited to celebrate Welcoming Week 2026 and this year’s theme: Stories We Share: The Courage to Connect. This theme invites community members to come together with curiosity and courage. When we stay curious and open to one another, we find the stories that remind us we’re not navigating this moment alone. Welcoming Week is where those stories become action — where what communities say about themselves starts to shape what they actually do. Working through our own vulnerability to welcome others, to be seen, and to make our communities stronger: that is a courageous act.

We’ve put together a small calendar of some activities and events happening over the course of Welcoming Week that LIP is involved in. Come out and connect, celebrate, and help us make our community a more welcoming place for everyone 🌎
